This is kinda trendy right now, and I think it's so cute, especially on babies. It seems like they should be fairly easy to make... I've never examined one in person, but I could make it up, right?
(And I love the flower headband in this one...)
(Oh, and I think this little girl is seriously the cutest girl I've ever seen, I hope our kids are as cute as her!)
And this one was found on another website. It's made out of something else that's not tulle, it looks like. It may have been called a pettiskirt instead... Super cute with the black shirt and headband. Love it!
